Return Policy
Books once booked are non-refundable. No refund or cancellation amount will be provided under any circumstances.
A book will be accepted for return only if a different/incorrect book has been delivered instead of the book originally booked.
In such a case, the customer must return the incorrectly delivered book to our office. Once the returned book is received at our office, we will dispatch the originally booked book to the customer.
Please Note:
- No cash refund or payment refund will be issued.
- Replacement will be provided only for an incorrectly delivered book.
- The originally booked book will be dispatched only after the incorrect book is received by our office.
